Hawnwan Philip Moy MD (@PECpodcast), AKA Dr. Phil, is an EMS Physician in Washington University Saint Louis. He is the medical director of the Missouri Division of Arch Helicopter EMS Service as well as Co-Medical Director of Christian Hospital EMS. He is the editor of NAEMSP's Prehospital Emergency Care Podcast. His passions includes long walks on the beach, romantic candle light dinners, pretty pink flowers, and his drinks...shaken, not stirred :).
Maia Dorsett, MD, PhD, EMT-T (@maiadorsett) is an EM and EMS Physician at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She completed her EMS Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. Her primary interests are EMS Education and Quality Improvement initiatives aimed at encouraging patient-centered care, both outside and inside the hospital. She loves simulation, #FOAMed, urban chicken farming and being the mother of 3 boys.
Joelle Donofrio DO(@PEMEMS) is the EMS Medical Director and a pediatric emergency medicine physician at Rady Children's Hospital of San Diego. She is an assistant professor of clinical medicine at the UC San Diego School of Medicine and is the Pediatric and West Coast representative podcaster for the NAEMSP Prehospital Emergency Care Podcast. Her passions include irony, "thats what she said" jokes, and painting seascapes.
Jeremiah Escajeda MD (@JerEscajeda) is an EMS Medical Director for several ground EMS agencies in the Pittsburgh area, Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and is part of the PEC Podcast team. He really likes online learning modalities for EMS providers, cats, cat memes, cat gifs and youtube cat videos.
Scott Goldberg MD (@EMS_Boston) is an EMS and emergency medicine physician practicing on Boston, MA. His roles in EMS reach across systems operations, tactical EMS, US&R, paramedic education and mass gathering medicine. While not working, Dr. Goldberg wastes time SCUBA diving, podcasting, and valiantly attempting to learn the banjo.
Brandon Bleess, MD, EMT-T (@BBBleess) is currently an EMS fellow at Washington University in St. Louis. He has been active in pre-hospital medicine since 2003 starting during his undergraduate and medical school studies as a Firefighter/EMT. He has worked as a physician for a Regional Medical Response Team (RMERT) as well as a flight physician.

Melody Glenn MD (@MGlennEM) recently completed her fellowship in EMS & Disaster Medicine at UCSF, and is now pursuing a Masters in Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Mills College. She also works clinically at Highland Hospital, Sutter Delta Medical Center, and Dameron Hospital, and is the medical director of the paramedic training program at Contra Costa College.
